Mike and Marc Publish Article in California Litigation, the Journal of the Litigation Section, State Bar of California

Article is Entitled, "When the American Rule Doesn't Apply:  Attorney's Fees as Damages in California Litigation"

     The co-contributors to this blawg, William M. ("Mike") Hensley and Marc Alexander, have published an article about attorney's fees as damages in California Litigation, the Journal of the Litigation Section, State Bar of California, Volume 21, Number 3, 2008, an all-theme issue devoted to the subject of "Damages."  Mike and Marc thank Sharon J. Arkin, Editor-in-Chief, and John Derrick, Editor, for their editorial assistance.  Marc says that any errors in the article are Mike's responsibility, and Mike's alone.  Mike says that any errors in the article are Marc's responsibility, and Marc's alone.
