The Court found that $8.4 million in fees was reasonably incurred and applied a 2 multiplier finding that $16.8 in fees was appropriate given the complexities of the case. Adding costs of $2.3 results in a $19.1 award subject to further briefing on whether there was a agreed limit of $14 million. Next hearing on the 16th.

Presently the hearing is on the 25th.
