California Litigation Publishes Two Helpful Attorney Fees Articles In Latest Issue.
California Litigation, the journal of the Litigation Section of the California Lawyers Association, has published two articles relating to attorney fees in the latest issue, Vol. 35, No. 1 (2022). Co-contributor to this blog Marc is one of the editors of California Litigation.

Our readers will know Richard Pearl as the author of the CEB book about attorney fees in California.
